Welcome to the website of the International Rescue Service p.l.c. This company has been established in 2011 as an union of different experts of the emergency medical section. IRS with its main office in the region between Fribourg and Berne offers  a wide range of sustainable and client-orientated service in the matter of training, consulting and provided services - in Switzerland and worldwide. 

We provide training that prepares you to face unexpected emergency situations! Our wide-range service is designed for emergency aids and first-responders, in-house paramedics, physicians and dentists, ambulance services and hospitals. Special training such as First Aid to the child or infection protection make our range unique.

ACLS Education Course

The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support education course offers a complete concept for medical standards in cardio-vascular emergency situations. Developed by the American Heart Association AHA, the ACLS course offers an outstanding curriculum for the evaluation and the treatment of a cardiovascular arrest in hospitals and ambulance services. Comprehensible procedures ensure optimal care even in extraordinary situations.
